Preferred Autoship Program is the convenient way to place an order at www.zeohealth.com and have your order shipped automatically on a regular basis.
2. Why should I place a Preferred Autoship Order?
You will receive your Preferred Autoship Order regularly without having to remember to place a new order. Plus! – We give you a 10% DISCOUNT off the total price of each of your autoship orders.
3. Are all the products available for Autoshipment?
Yes, all products that are available for autoship.
4. How do I Create a Preferred Autoship Order?
Creating an Autoship Order is Easy.
- Click the "Create an Autoship Order Now" button. (This button is available on the Autoship tab or page.)
- Schedule your frequency and end date.
- Add Autoship Products to your cart. Click back on your browser to add more products.
- Verify your shipping and payment information
- Confirm and submit your order

5. How do I qualify for the Preferred Autoship Program?
- You must have an account at zeohealth.com in order to create and manage your Preferred Autoship Orders.
- You must have a valid Shipping Address in the continental United States.
- You must have a valid credit card.
6. What are the price benefits of the Preferred Autoship Program?
Once you switch to a Preferred Autoship Order, all autoship orders will be automatically discounted by 10% off the original price. (Example: Item Price - $24.99 Discounted Autoship Price - $22.49)
7. How do I schedule a Preferred Autoship Order?
- Choose the Start Date: The date you want your Autoship Order to start taking place. The start date will default as today's date.
- Pick the Frequency: How often you would like your order to be placed? (Example: Send a supply of this product every week, 2 weeks, 30 days or 60 days.)
- Choose one of the following:
- No End Date: You will receive your Preferred Autoship Orders at the frequency you choose unless you decide to cancel.
- End After ____ Occurrences: Your Preferred Autoship Order will ship a specified number of times (a number you choose). After the last shipment occurrence you will no longer receive automatic shipments of the order.
8. Can I take advantage of the website specials on a Preferred Autoship order?
Absolutely. As long as you meet the requirements for the special on each order, you will be able to receive it. For example, if your order total is over $149 including the discount for autoship, you will receive free shipping as per our free shipping offer.
